Avi Faskowitz has been a driving force at the firm since its founding. After earning his BS as Salutatorian from The Johns Hopkins University's Advanced Business and Management School, he launched Majestic Retreats, a hotel management and hospitality company. With a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, Avi leads our boutique law firm that delivers exceptional value to clients, drawing on his extensive knowledge, experience, and expertise, while upholding the values and client care he acquired from years in the hospitality and service industry.

David Epstein, Esq.
David Epstein is a Partner at The Faskowitz Law Firm, where he has dedicated over a decade to specializing in Real Estate and Complex Litigation. His extensive knowledge and experience enable him to effectively represent clients in both the practical and legal dimensions of real estate transactions and complex litigation cases. David received his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and is licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey.
